Alan Bean is in charge of the non-profit group Friends of Justice, focused on the reformation of the penal system and fairness in trial to those who otherwise wouldn’t be fairly represented.




Gyna Bivens represents District 5 on the Fort Worth city council. She also serves as president and executive director of North Texas Leaders and Executives Advocating Diversity.




Karl Bradley works at the Martin Luther King Jr. Neighborhood Center. He is heavily involved in mentoring and educational programs through the Center.



Sheldon DeLuca, along with his late brother Stuart DeLuca, co-founded the organization Texas Inmate Families Association (TIFA) as a reflection of his own experiences.



Steve Gordon is the project manager at the Reentry First Stop Center for Tarrant County. He is also on the leadership team for Just Leadership USA.




Dr. T.T. Pope serves as the leader pastor for Bridging the Gap Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas. He is also involved in local community-bettering organizations.




Pat Prophitt volunteers as the chapter chair of the Fort Worth Texas Inmate Families Association (TIFA), where she has served for nearly fifteen years.




Sheldon Tate works for Texas Christian University Campus Recreation as the Associate Director of Intramural Sports. He has held this position since 2011.
